Company

We build the adversary.

Attackers already use AI. They don't have rules of engagement, change windows or a budget cycle. The only fair fight is an adversary of your own that is better, faster and always on — and is on your side.

Why we exist

The math stopped working.

For twenty years, offensive security has been a craft sold by the hour. A good penetration tester can cover a few applications a month. A large enterprise ships thousands of changes a week. That gap is where breaches live.

BadAI was founded by offensive operators who led red teams at a top-3 cloud provider and a national CERT, and machine learning researchers who trained some of the first models to reason over exploit chains. We asked a simple question: what if the adversary scaled like software?

Rogue is the answer for offense. Nightwatch, built on the same models, is the answer for the night shift. Red Cell keeps both honest — humans who still find the things no model has seen before.

Principles

How we operate.

Written down so customers can hold us to them.

01

Proof or it didn't happen

We never file a finding we cannot demonstrate. Our customers' engineers should never waste an hour on a theoretical risk.

02

Bad AI, on a leash

Everything offensive we build is scope-enforced, logged and stoppable in under two seconds. We only attack what we're authorized, in writing, to attack.

03

Defenders first

Every attack we run must leave you with a fix and a detection, not just a report.

04

Your data stays yours

Customer data never trains shared models. Engagement data is isolated per tenant.

05

We vet customers

We don't sell offensive capability to people we don't know. Every customer is verified.

BadAI by the numbers

2.1Magent actions per day across customer engagements
14countries with active Rogue engagements
24/7operators on call across U.S. and EU time zones
< 2sglobal kill switch for every running agent
Careers

Like breaking things?

We hire offensive operators, ML researchers and engineers who want their work to show up in someone else's incident report as the thing that didn't happen. Remote-first across U.S. and European time zones.
